Wednesday:  Pancakes

Thursday:  pizza boats on turkish bread with left over bolognese sauce (olives, sun dried tomatoes, cheese)

Friday:  takeaway

Saturday:  pumpkin soup and bread

- bean sprouts for sunday

- daikon

- aldi pasta sauce
